Hey there, lovelies!

I work out for beauty reasons about 4 to 5 times a week,
and I also do aerobic exercise 3 to 4 times a week.
You might wonder why I’m so dedicated to exercising.
Well, it’s not because I want to bulk up into a lean muscle machine; I simply want to create a beautiful body shape.

For a crossdresser, a beautiful body shape is, in a way, something we must cherish even more than a natural woman. It’s not about competing with women in terms of beauty; it’s about bridging the gap when standing beside them

And besides, I naturally tend to gain weight a little easily. That’s why I willingly push myself through grueling workouts every week. It’s my way of hoping to maintain my beauty and stay on top of it.

Beauty is a complex thing, isn’t it? It involves various factors like lifestyle, diet, stress, sleep, and self-confidence, among others. And of course, it includes getting the right amount of exercise. However, as a working adult, it can be challenging to avoid stress from work, maintain a healthy diet, or get enough sleep. But with training, it’s different. Allocating time for workouts is something I can control. So, to become both physically and mentally beautiful, I give myself a strict training regimen.
